ABOUT

Dr. Kristina Reihl is a Sport and performance Psychologist who works with professional, junior and amateur hockey forwards, defenseman, goaltenders, teams and coaches. She specializes in helping hockey players optimize their performance by improving their mental skills. Her goal is to provide personalized and evidence-based mental skill training and performance optimization techniques to help athletes achieve their full potential. Her approach is based on a deep understanding of the unique challenges that hockey players face, both on and off the ice. She works with her clients to develop customized programs that address their specific needs, whether that be improving focus, overcoming anxiety, building resilience, recovering from injury etc.

She works with individual athletes, teams, and coaches on goals specific to their needs. This can include reviewing video, optimizing team cohesion, understanding athletes needs and goals and helping achieve peak performance.
